Clinical Practica are conducted at a number of clinics as part of the two units Basic Clinical Audiology and Advanced Clinical Audiology. To qualify for award of the Master of Clinical Audiology, students must satisfactorily complete a minimum of 250 hours of clinical practicum over the two year period. Details on the clinical practicals and process of supervision are available on request. We have also developed a Practising Student Audiologist Scheme allowing students to work in audiology while studying.

The course has contributions from a large range of Lecturers, including UWA staff and professionals from Perth and across Australia. We are proud to acknowledge the many hearing professionals associated with our course. Some are listed in our lecturer list and in our list of associates. There are some who have played a very major role in the development of the UWA Audiology Course. Ms. Peta Monley, who was our foundation Clinical Co-ordinator/Lecturer. Ms. Helen Middleditch who is our Clinical Placement Manager/Lecturer. Ms. Barbara Gell has been a Lecturer and Research Supervisor. Mr. Rob Wollaston who has been a Lecturer/consultant. Dr. Ian Wallace who has acted as our consultant otologist, replaced more recently by Dr. Steven Rodrigues. We would also like to thank Widex Australia for sponsoring our student research program. Some of our staff can be seen on our photo gallery.
